"Temporarily Unserviceable" means that deliveries to that pin code are paused due to reasons such as weather disruptions, local law-and-order issues, infrastructure challenges, or operational constraints. These restrictions are usually short-term. You may try again after 24–48 hours, or contact our support team to get the latest status and explore alternate arrangements.

How do I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment in real-time by visiting the Track Order page on our website and entering your AWB (Airway Bill) number. Alternatively, use the EW Pickup Point mobile app or enter the tracking number shared via SMS/email after pickup. Our system updates the status at every scan point throughout the delivery journey.

What items are not allowed to be shipped via EW Pickup Point?

EW Pickup Point does not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, live animals, counterfeit goods, illegal substances, currency, and perishables that require temperature-controlled logistics.
